RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

• You can return the item within 15 days from the day you receive it.
• Please ensure that the item/ items that returning are repackaged with all inclusions such as dust bag, certificate of authenticity as well as the twilly scarf. The Item will not be eligible for a refund once inclusions are missing.
• We inspect all returned items.
• To receive a REFUND the product MUST BE in the same exact condition as when purchased.
• Item(s) will not be eligible for a REFUND if the product is damaged upon usage.
• There will also be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
• TRADE AND STEAL LLC is not responsible for any new DAMAGE or WEAR to an item after purchase. We inspect our items thoroughly and describe all the signs of wear or damage in each item listing with photos and detailed descriptions.
• We value our customers: To avoid "customer remorse" we also offer videos or more photos for an item upon clients' request. (Please feel free to ask for more photos or videos if planning to purchase to help assist decision-making before purchasing the item).
• Note: We also have the right to refuse a REFUND if an item/items are considered JUNK upon inspection.

SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the items. We will immediately email you the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. We charged a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.

CANCELLATION FEE MAY APPLY

As is always the case, customers can anytime cancel an order once it is placed and successfully went through our system. An 8% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellation of an order.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly in your package- the value is the retail cost. TRADE AND STEAL LLC cannot mark any package(s) as a "Gift" in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
